The Homes and Communities Agency will be working in partnership with Liverpool City Council, to deliver developments on Estuary and create high quality commercial space within the South Liverpool International Gateway.
This Guide has been prepared to assist developers, occupiers and their design teams, in achieving the level of quality that the Homes and Communities Agency and Liverpool City Council seek for development.
The Estuary Developers Guide ensures that consistent high quality and a sense of continuity are maintained in buildings and landscaped areas across the site. In addition the flexible framework is designed to accommodate a wide range of property requirements.
This approach allows occupiers to make a distinctive corporate statement within a cost efficient network.
