The Estuary Management Company Ltd was set up to manage and maintain the estate.

All long leaseholders will become members of the Company which administers:

• Site security and CCTV
• Maintenance of landscaping and water features
• Maintenance and insurance of common areas
• Employment of consultants
• Administering the service charge
• Other services as appropriate

The Homes and Communities Agency will retain the control of the company until all the development plots are disposed of, when control will pass to the shareholders.
